On the 26th May, 2022 the Lower Manya Krobo Municipal Assembly organized a one- day orientation Workshop for Twenty- Two (22) newly recruited staff. The programme was organized by the Human Resource Department.
Purpose of the meeting:
I. Understand the Local Government Service in general
II. Be abreast with the Acts/legislative frameworks governing the establishment and function of the LGS
III. Be abreast with the LGS protocols
IV. Be equipped with the DOS and DONT’S of the service
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) welcomed the 22 new staff to Lower Manya Krobo Municipal Assembly. He admonished new staff on Matters such as punctuality, respectfulness, learning on the job which is of great concern to the output of Municipality.
Departments and Unit officers took turns to educate the new staffs of their functions to the Assembly.
