MCE COMMENDS PROGRESS OF ONGOING ASSEMBLY HALL PROJECT AT MAKROSEC
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality, Hon. John Atteh Matey, paid a working visit to the ongoing Assembly Hall project at Manya Krobo Senior High School (MAKROSEC) to assess the progress of work. During the inspection, the MCE expressed satisfaction with the steady progress of the project and commended the contractor for the quality of work executed so far. He noted that the impressive structure had been delivered within just three months after the sod-cutting ceremony, describing the pace of work as commendable and a demonstration of commitment to quality infrastructure development.
Hon. John Atteh Matey stated that the completion of the Assembly Hall would significantly improve the school’s infrastructure by addressing the long-standing challenge of inadequate space for school assemblies, examinations, graduation ceremonies, and other important academic and social events. He emphasized that the facility would provide a conducive environment for teaching and learning while serving the needs of the entire school community.
The MCE also expressed his heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, for his commitment to improving educational infrastructure across the country. He further acknowledged the invaluable support and dedication of all stakeholders whose collective efforts have made the project a reality. The visit concluded with the MCE expressing confidence that the project would be completed on schedule to the benefit of students, staff, and the wider MAKROSEC community.
