MPCU MEETING ON THE 12TH SEPTEMBER, 2024

The Lower Manya Krobo Municipal Assembly (LMKMA) held its Third Quarter Municipal Planning Coordinating Unit (MPCU) meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2024. The agenda included presentations and discussions on the Right to Information (RTI) Act, the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) indicators, the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development (MLGDRD) indicator, the Annual Action Plan for 2024/2025, the District Development Data Platform, and the 2024 Second Quarter Progress Report.
Present at the meeting were the Municipal Coordinating Director and Heads of all Decentralized Departments within the Municipal Assembly.
The meeting concluded successfully, with all presentations delivered and questions addressed. The Chairman expressed gratitude to the members for their contributions, and with no further matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned following a closing prayer by the Municipal NADMO Officer.
